PHYSIOTHERAPY
Our Physiotherapist play a critical role in both prenatal (in pregnancy) and postnatal care(post-delivery), in helping women stay healthy and fit during the entire period of pregnancy and beyond to ensure a healthy and pleasant delivery experience and recovery post birthing through specifically customized programs.
- Pre and Post childbirth education – Fitness related advises and exercise for pre and post pregnancy periods. Our physiotherapists will assess your individual health condition and prescribe the most appropriate treatment for a speedy and effective recovery.
- Pelvic floor exercise class – Specifically aimed at promoting natural birth through strengthening of pelvic muscles
- Post Cesarean Section Scar Recovery – Our specialist prescribe exercises for speedy recovery of scar
- Postural Instructions – Maintaining postures after delivery/cesarean is most important criteria for healing of scar. Postural instructions will be thoroughly explained by our specialist after assessing the scar.
- Postnatal classes – A set of exercise programs that help you get back to shape post birthing.

Lactation Consultant can offer peace of mind during a potentially stressful time by answering questions, giving advice, and helping to troubleshoot breastfeeding problems.
