Breast Augmentation

Also known as augmentation mammoplasty, is a surgical procedure performed to enhance the shape and size of a woman’s breast. The procedure raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin and repositioning the nipples-with or without implant. If your breasts are small or have lost volume, breast implants inserted in conjunction with breast augmentation can increase both their firmness and their size. This procedure can also reduce the size of the areola. Women with drooping or sagging breasts common with aging or childbirth or women with large areolas can undergo these procedures.

Breast Reduction

Also known as mammoplasty, is a procedure where the breast tissues are removed. It is designed for women with large, pendulous breasts who experience a variety of medical problems caused by excessive weight and low center gravity of their breasts, ranging from back and neck pain and skin irritation to skeletal deformities and breathing problems. Disproportionally large and heavy breasts may also diminish a women’s sense of self-esteem and independence as it makes fitting into clothing, participating in sports, etc., difficult. The procedure removes fat, glandular tissue, and skin from the breasts, making them smaller, lighter, and firmer. It can also reduce the size of the areola, the darker skin surrounding the nipple. The goal is to give the woman smaller, better-shaped breasts in proportion with the rest of her body. This procedure is not recommended for woman who intends to breast-feed.

Abdominal Lipectomy or Tummy Tuck

Also known as Abdominoplasty, is a procedure which helps to flatten the stomach and can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen. It is a major surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and to tighten the muscles of the abdominal wall. Women who are in good shape but are bothered by fat deposits or loose abdominal skin that won’t respond to diet or exercise, women who have lost significant weight and as a result, sagging skin with poor elasticity; women who, through pregnancy, have stretched their abdominal muscles and skin beyond the point where they can’t return to normal can undergo this procedure.

Also known as lipoplasty, is a surgical procedure that removes localized fat deposits beneath the skin through small incisions using a hollow stainless steel tube (cannula), with the assistance of a powerful vacuum. Liposuction can be performed on a number of body areas such as thighs, hips and buttocks, abdomen and waist, upper arms, back, inner knee, chest, cheeks, chin and neck and calves. Liposuction can be performed alone or in conjunction with other plastic surgery procedures like facelift, breast lift, breast reduction, or tummy tuck (abdominoplasty). Liposuction is not a substitution for proper diet and exercise, nor is it an effective treatment for obesity or cellulite.

Augmentation Rhinoplasty And Rhinoplasty Reduction

Rhinoplasty reshapes the nose to make it more proportional and balanced with the rest of your face. It can reduce or increase the size of your face, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or relieve some breathing problems. Healthy individuals over the age of 14 years can undergo this procedure.

Also know as rhytidectomy, is a surgical procedure to improve visible signs of aging in the face and neck such as: sagging in the mid-face, deep creases below the lower eyelids, deep creases along the nose extending to the corner of the mouth, fallen or displaced fat, loss of muscle tone in the lower face resulting in jowls, loose skin, and excessive fatty deposits under the chin and jaw. It results in a younger, fresher looking face with tighter skin tone that lasts 5 to 10 years. It can be performed alone or in conjunction with a forehead lift and/or eyelid surgery. Women over the age of 40 with good bone structure but sagging skin or deep creases around the nose and mouth can undergo this procedure.

Forehead Lift / Brow Lift

This surgical procedure restores a more youthful, refreshed look to the area above the eyes. It corrects drooping brows and improves the furrows and horizontal lines that can make a person appear angry, sad or tired. The muscles and tissues which cause the furrowing or drooping are removed or altered to smooth the forehead, raise the eyebrows minimize frown lines and the visible effects of aging. Women within age of 40-60 years or any individual above 20 years having furrows or frown lines due to stress or muscle activity, or individuals with inherited low, heavy brow or furrowed lines above the nose can undergo this procedure. Often this procedure is performed in conjunction with a face lift or blepharoplasty.

Chin and Cheek Augmentation

Chin augmentation is also known as genioplasty or mentoplasty, is a surgical procedure designed to strengthen the appearance of a receding chin by increasing its projection. This procedure improves facial profile by creating a better balance between the chin and other facial features. Chin implants are made in various shapes and sizes, and are made out of both solid and semi-solid materials.

Cheek augmentation, or otherwise known as malar augmentation, is another surgical procedure designed to enhance the contours of the face. Augmentation of the cheekbones is achieved by placing a specially designed implant over them, resulting in a fuller, more sculpted look. Facial implants provide a permanent and predictable result while bringing the chin or cheekbones into balance with the rest of the face.

Upper Lid Blepharoplasty And Lower Lid Blepharoplasty

Also known as eyelid surgery, is a procedure that removes fat along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids, resulting in a more alert and youthful look. This can be performed on the upper or lower lids, or all four at a time. Women over the age of 35 years can undergo this procedure.
