About Matria
In the year 2010, we commissioned the first dedicated Woman and Child Hospital in Calicut, Kerala. Over the last six years, we have delivered ten thousand babies and have planted an equal number of saplings, which makes us a nature-friendly mother and child hospital in the region.
We have evolved with a cutting-edge approach, with breakthroughs in woman, mother, and child care, laparoscopy surgery, diagnostics services, and more.

Advantages Of
Delivering In Matria
The mother can go home sooner if she delivers at Matria than a typical hospital and the postpartum care is made available by consulting at Matria.
The mothers will be pampered with facilities such as head bath, massages, training on breast-feeding and notes on how to care and feed her newborn.
Other services include massage for the baby, a cake cutting celebration, gifting of plant sapling, gifting the birth story of the baby i.e; “Your Birth place on this planet Earth”, memento of the newborn’s picture, car decorations, and a car safety tag to celebrate the ‘Joy of Motherhood’.
